Why do I see no bottles on the main screen of the User Interface while the XPAR cameras produce images?

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

In the camera setup I can see images but on the main screen of the user interface the bottles are square and without color. Also in the multi integration function there are no images visible.

Cause

When the splitting method is in manual mode it is possible that the splitting line is not in the bottle or in a dark part of the bottle. This could happen after a job change when a different bottle is used. Because the splitting does not work, the software of xpar can not discriminate the bottles from the images and therefore not synchronize with the IS-machine.

Solution

Put the splitting method in semi-automatic mode or place the splitting line in the bottom where intensity level is high. Then synchronize the system. The bottles are visible again.
