The IR-21 has been supplied to our customers from 2001 – 2003. As of June 1, 2013, the IR-21 will no longer be supported by XPAR Vision and is declared: End-of-life. Components and spare parts are no longer available for any kind of repair.
Trade-in Program for IR-21
XPAR Vision is offering to all customers having an IR-21 in use a one-time attractive Trade-in Program until June 1st. 2013.

General policy
In the context of dynamics at both supplier and customer market, it is XPAR Vision's policy to ensure technical performance of it’s equipment for 10 years at minimum.
