From February onwards Mr. Christopher Tonk will join XPAR Vision as Manager Business Development USA. In this role Chris aims to enhance customers’ forming process improvement programs, and support them to execute these, with the aim to reduce forming process variation and improve production line performance. Central part (but not necessarily the only part) of the forming process improvement programs that Chris will focus on are XPAR Vision’s sensors and robotics, their technical state and utilization including customers’ organization around it, and related services.
Chris lives in Virginia USA with his wife Lina and two children Isabella (17) and Lucas (16). Chris has a bachelor degree in electrical engineering and has worked within O-I for 25 years, in roles of line Production Leader, Plant Superintendent and during the last 7 years in the role of Plant Manager in Toano, VA.

From his base in Virginia Chris will start working for XPAR Vision from February 1 onwards.
