Why do I see Strange, deformed product shapes on the overvieuw screen of the User Interface while XPAR cameras produce normal images?

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

In the camera setup I can see normal images of the product but on the overview screen of the user interface the bottles have strange and deformed shapes.

Cause

The shape of the images on the overview screen is linked to the product properties, for example width or height. If these properties are not set correctly it can cause strange shapes in the overview screen. Also an old (corrupted) product file can contain wrong settings and cause the strange shapes.

Solution

Check the product properties and put in the correct product settings.
